ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Learning & Development Manager, you will be the architect of our employee growth journey - creating structured career pathways, building competency frameworks, and delivering leadership programs that empower individuals at all levels. You will partner with business leaders and HR to identify skills gaps, nurture high potential talent, and support succession planning, ensuring our organisation remains competitive and future ready.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute learning strategies aligned to business needs, compliance, and industry trends.
  • Design blended learning programs enhancing technical, operational, and leadership capabilities.
  • Define clear career pathways and map job families to guide development and internal mobility.
  • Lead competency framework implementation and leadership development initiatives from frontline to senior leaders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, manage external providers, and measure program success.
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate impact and continuously improve learning outcomes.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Development, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Learning & Development, preferably within automotive or a similarly complex industry.
  • Proven track record designing and implementing effective learning and talent development programs.
  • Expertise in career pathway design, succession planning, and competency framework development.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Skilled in data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Certifications in L&D, coaching, facilitation, or instructional design preferred.
  • Familiarity with LMS and digital learning tools to enhance program delivery.
