We invite applications for the following 12 month, fixed-term role, commencing in January 2026.

  • TEACHER - LEARNING ENHANCEMENT and SUPPORT

This role will work under the direction of our Head of Learning Enhancement and Support and will take on the role of Case Manager as well as undertaking a teaching load within and outside of the LES faculty area.

SELECTION CRITERIA

  1. Demonstrated commitment to support the values of a contemporary Franciscan Catholic and capacity to work within the complexities and demands of this fast-paced secondary school environment, with high levels of personal and professional resilience and the ability to work as part of an agile, solutions-focused, collaborative teaching team.
  2. Demonstrated ability and experience in case management and knowledge of QCAA and NCCD processes and best practice in learning enhancement and support in a secondary school context.
  3. Demonstrated capacity as a teacher, with the ability to use a variety of high-impact pedagogical strategies, differentiation practices and data-informed practice to impact student outcomes and wellbeing.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure successful partnership with students and parents in support of enhancing Educational Wellbeing outcomes.
