An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced and community-focused Pharmacist Leader to join our dedicated team at Amcal Kedron as the new Pharmacy Manager.

About the Role
As Pharmacist Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the dispensary, ensuring the safe, accurate, and high-quality delivery of pharmaceutical services to our community and aged care partners. You'll lead and mentor the pharmacy team, maintain full compliance with professional and legislative standards, and drive excellence across operational and financial performance.
This hands-on leadership role includes coordinating DAA and aged care services, building strong relationships with local facilities, and ensuring continuity of care for residents. You'll have the autonomy to shape the direction of the pharmacy and the opportunity to grow into a long-term leadership role — with partnership available for the right candidate who demonstrates commitment, capability, and alignment with our values.

About You
You're passionate about community pharmacy and clinical care, and you're ready to make a meaningful impact on your patients, your team, and your community.
You'll also bring:
- Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
- Community pharmacy experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in Fred Dispense, Fred Office, and Quantum (highly regarded)
- A can-do, Dedicated to Care attitude
- A commitment to professional excellence and leadership development
