What You'll Do
  • Proactively generate and close new business opportunities within engineering, design, and manufacturing markets.
  • Partner with C-suite, technical managers, and engineers to uncover challenges and align solutions that deliver ROI.
  • Sell across the digital engineering lifecycle — from CAD/CAE/CAM through to PLM, simulation, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver robust solutions that enable clients to innovate faster, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Operate with autonomy, managing your territory and accounts while exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Represent cutting-edge solutions at industry events, forums, and executive briefings.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering (or equivalent).
  • A strong track record in B2B technical or solution sales — ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial technology.
  • Highly autonomous, resilient, and relentless in pursuit of results.
  • The stature, credibility, and confidence to engage senior decision-makers and influence strategy.
  • Strategic, consultative selling skills with the ability to navigate long sales cycles and complex buying groups.
