We're looking for a Finance Manager to join our passionate and high-performing team. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing financial operations, administration, and compliance — while helping drive process improvements and commercial insights across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations across the business
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting, including: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Forecasting, Commission and bonus reports and KPI tracking
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Oversee bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, ensuring compliance with BAS, IAS, Payroll Tax, and Superannuation obligations
  • Partner with leadership on finance strategy, insights, and process improvements
  • Drive efficiency and automation across financial processes
  • Support preparation of government grants (EMDG, R&D)
  • Coordinate end-of-year financials with external accountants
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to deliver key business outcomes

You'll Bring

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA or CA qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Accounting role
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong systems and reporting capability (Xero, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Solid understanding of operational finance processes and compliance requirements

Contract Details

This is a 12–15 month contract role with strong potential for permanent opportunities beyond the initial term.
