The Business Manager will provide operational support to the CEO, acting as their right hand overseeing critical tasks and making sure everything runs smoothly across projects.

It will be accountable for key operational and strategic communications collaborating with key stakeholders. The ability to influence is key

The role will also work closely with the Chief Growth Officer by providing strategic sales analytics and CRM system management support as the business grows.

This is a fast-paced role. It will suit someone with high energy and the ability to juggle competing priorities.

You will:
- Support the CEO by attending meetings, preparing communications and strategic documents.- Project manage and track key initiatives/projects ensuring timely execution of all deliverables.- Prepare messaging and documents for the CEO for meetings with investors, clients and other external parties.- Attend and assist with board meetings including agenda preparation, drafting of board papers and follow-up actions.- Create PowerPoint presentations for internal and external presentations providing visuals and content to make an impact.- Collect, analyse, and compile sales data to prepare weekly sales reports that provide insights into sales performance and trends.- Work closely with Business Development Managers to ensure the CRM system is being used effectively and provide training/support to optimize usage.- Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer to develop competitive pricing strategies and create compelling product proposals.

Your skillset & attributes:
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at executive level.- Advanced in PowerPoint, Word and Excel and generally be ‘tech savvy’.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to craft messaging for diverse audiences.- Proven ability to work with data and produce insightful analytics to drive decisions and solve problems.- Be able to operate with a high level of ambiguity, organising complex concepts and ideas into clear and concise formats.- High energy and organisational skills to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.- A ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to problem solve.- Experience in the Finance or Consulting Industry in scale-up environments or established organisations is preferred.
