We're Hiring – Warehouse Manager | Thetford Australia | Melbourne (Somerton)

Are you a hands-on warehouse leader with a passion for efficiency, teamwork, and continuous improvement?

Thetford Australia is looking for an experienced
Warehouse Manager
to oversee our day-to-day warehouse operations and drive improvements in productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You'll be leading a small, dedicated team and working closely with Sales and Customer Service departments to ensure seamless distribution and world-class service.

What you'll do:

Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch operations

Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team

Improve accuracy, efficiency, and DIFOT performance

Maintain OHS compliance and safety standards

Oversee inventory control, fleet, and equipment utilisation


Find and implement opportunities to reduce waste and cost across warehouse operations

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse or logistics management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record in process improvement and team development
  • Experience in
    WMS systems
    and
    Microsoft Excel
  • Forklift & driver's license (essential)
