Admin Service Coordinator (With Sales Skills)

Cairns, QLD | Full-Time | $60K–$75K Bonuses
Bring the Energy. Own the Systems. Be the Glue.

About the Role

Are you the kind of person who turns chaos into calm, keeps the day flowing smoothly, and sees ways to make systems and processes even better?

We're on the lookout for an Admin Service Coordinator who keeps tradies running like clockwork, supports customers like a pro, and is always looking for smarter, faster ways to get things done.

If you've worked with tradies or in the service industry before — awesome. But if your background is in hospitality, health, retail, logistics, management, or admin, and you've got a knack for organising people, building trust with customers, and refining systems that help others succeed — we want to hear your story.

This role blends admin, scheduling, quoting, and customer follow-ups. We're after someone who brings energy, efficiency, and fresh ideas to the table — and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Taking inbound calls and booking in jobs with a smile

  • Confidently quoting over the phone and via email using prebuilt service packages

  • Following up with customers after service to recommend value-add upgrades (like surge protection, smoke alarms, switchboard safety)

  • Creating and refining workflows that improve team flow and customer outcomes

  • Managing service diaries and keeping our job management system and CRM up to date and running smooth

  • Supporting the team so our techs can deliver A-grade work

  • Owning your space, juggling priorities, and keeping the day moving with confidence

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in admin, scheduling, customer service, or operational support

  • Experience in quoting or upselling (even in industries like retail, hospitality, or logistics)

  • Bonus if you've worked with tradies or in a service-based business

  • Confident communicator who can guide conversations and close simple sales

  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with moving priorities

  • Proactive, organised, and cool under pressure

  • A mindset for improving systems and finding better ways to do things

  • A team player with positive energy, initiative, and zero interest in office politics

What You'll Get
  • $60K–$75K salary (based on experience & performance)

  • Quarterly performance bonuses

  • Full-time hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

  • Monthly Monday brekkie meetings (pies good vibes)

  • Admin-friendly tools (CRM job management system)

  • A supportive team that values what you bring

  • Real growth opportunities — especially into sales or leadership if that's your path
