The Data Analyst will interpret and transform complex datasets into actionable insights to support informed decision-making across the organization. This role combines analytical expertise with strong business understanding to provide clear recommendations that drive operational and strategic outcomes in the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities


• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources


• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders


• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to inform business decisions


• Collaborate with business teams to define metrics, KPIs, and data requirements


• Support strategic planning through forecasting, modeling, and scenario analysis


• Monitor and maintain data quality, integrity, and compliance with governance standards


• Present findings in a clear and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences


• Recommend improvements to processes and data collection methods based on analysis

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field


• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role


• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex findings clearly


• Familiarity with statistical modeling and data analytics techniques


• Understanding of Australian business environments and data compliance standards is preferred
