We're looking for a passionate Warehouse Supervisor who will oversee daily warehouse and inventory operations across two Trisco sites.

Working the morning shift from approximately 6am-2pm, you will be responsible for ensuring safety, efficiency, compliance, and alignment with company values for your team of 8.

About the Role

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:

Warehouse Operations & Inventory

• Supervise receiving, dispatch, stock movement, staging, and line clearance

• Ensure FIFO and shelf-life compliance

• Oversee goods receiving and dispatch processes, ensuring system accuracy

• Conduct cycle counts, investigate variances, and support inventory audits

Team & Resource Coordination

• Allocate tasks, manage breaks, and monitor team performance

• Ensure effective use of labour and equipment to meet daily targets

• Escalate resource shortages or operational issues as needed

• Support onboarding and skill development of staff

Equipment & Pallet Management

• Track pallet movements and manage equipment reconciliations

• Assist with exchange management and hire equipment balances

• Investigate equipment variances and report to leadership

• Ensure proper equipment use and report maintenance needs

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Identify inefficiencies and suggest operational improvements

• Support lean practices and maintain warehouse organisation

• Record and report on daily/weekly KPIs and other key metrics

Safety, Compliance & GMP

• Enforce WHS protocols and monitor team compliance

• Maintain GMP standards through regular housekeeping checks

• Participate in safety audits and investigations

• Report safety incidents or procedural breaches immediately

Leadership & Culture

• Lead by example and uphold company values

• Promote a positive, safety-focused team environment

• Address minor performance issues and escalate when needed

• Provide coaching and foster team collaboration

About You
  • Warehouse leadership experience in a distribution environment.
  • Proven team leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP & WMS platforms (we use Pronto).
  • Passion for process improvement and cost efficiency.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to deliver under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
