**About the Role：**

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to take full responsibility for our warehouse operations. You will be the key person ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of complete forklifts and spare parts, leading a small team, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and organisation.

**As a Warehouse Supervisor, your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to**:

- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to safety standards.
- Operate a forklift to move and manage stock within the warehouse (forklift license required or willingness to get one).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Implement 5S principles to ensure a clean, organized, and clearly identified storage environment.
- Enforce strict safety rules and ensure full compliance with all Australian WHS regulations.

**Key Requirements：**
- Forklift licence (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a warehouse supervisor in a similar environment
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Warehousing processes and legislative frameworks (eg OH&S)
- Strong customer service focus and attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and problem solve in complex environments
- Ability to build effective relationships
- Experience with Microsoft Office

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
