Afternoon Shift
- Storeperson

A permanent fulltime role is currently available for an immediate start. We are looking for an experienced store person to help oversee our daily warehouse functions. The role has a focus on inventory movement, picking/packing, goods inward and outward dispatch functions. In addition to this the store person role will work with our warehouse supervisor to help ensure all elements of warehouse operations maintain a high level of output and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our motivated team, there are also development opportunities for those who meet and exceed role requirements.
This exciting role is available for an immediate start and pay will be based on experience and suitability.

**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Forklift operation including loading and unloading trucks
- Picking, packing, loading, and dispatching orders
- Receiving/dispatching stock and replenishments
- Unloading and receiving deliveries
- Data entry, coding, locating inventory and filing documents
- Inventory processes, goods inward\outwards receipting and outbound freight processes.
- Maintaining good standards of housekeeping in warehouse and store.
- Assist with stock take as required
- Using safe work practices
- Other duties as required
- 2+ years previous experience in a similar position
- Experience on a high reach forklift is essential
- Current forklift licence (LF) is essential
- Focus on safe work practices
- Attention to detail, accuracy and pride in work being completed
- Sound written, numerical and data entry skills.
- Ability to problem solve as needed
- Positive can do’ attitude
- Good communication skills working with several departments
- Familiarity with inventory management systems - not essential but highly regarded

**Salary**: From $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
