Job Description
The Course Adviser is responsible for contacting course enquirers, other potential students and graduates to discuss course options and enrolment procedures to maximise enrolments, establishing and maintaining positive relationships to encourage enrolment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with prospective students, their families, and stakeholders, providing a friendly and supportive environment.
- Guide students through the enrolment process, answering their queries, and ensuring a smooth transition into their chosen programmes.
- Promote our brand and educational offerings by connecting with organisations, schools, and the local community through outreach and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, demonstrating attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Continuously seek opportunities to motivate and inspire students, helping them achieve their educational and career aspirations.
Qualifications
Key Skills and Experience
- Results-oriented – strong evidence of personal drive to set goals and deliver results
- Sales-oriented – a track record of enthusiasm, drive and an ability to ask quality questions to translate interpersonal strengths into sales results
- Organisational skills – a demonstrated, disciplined approach to time management
- Communication skills – interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to generate or convert leads through Sales presentations.
- Persistent – demonstrated ability to implement new solutions to meet targets.
- Study at vocational level preferred plus evidence of successful experience in a sales role.
