ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the State Manager VIC, the Service Account Executive plays a key leadership role within our Service team, overseeing four direct reports. This position is responsible for managing Authorised Service Centres across the country, ensuring the highest standards of technical support, safety, customer service, and compliance.

You'll work collaboratively across departments to maintain service quality, lead and mentor technicians, and uphold ActronAir's commitment to excellence in every interaction.

WHAT'S INVOLVED:

  • Manage Authorised Service Centre performance, including KPI reviews, compliance, and stock control
  • Negotiate, implement, and review service agreements
  • Provide technical and service support, including product and refresher training for authorised service centres
  • Coordinate and distribute service calls, quotes, and warranty claims
  • Oversee on-site safety and conduct WHS inspections
  • Lead and mentor a small team of technicians and apprentices, supporting their development and performance
  • Conduct site visits (including interstate) to ensure service and safety standards are maintained
  • Drive continuous improvement and collaboration across service functions

YOU WILL NEED:

There are a few essential tools you will need under your belt to be successful in this role:

  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (Trade qualified)
  • Minimum 6 years' trade experience, with previous supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and safety systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with service administration and inventory management desirable
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a strong customer focus
  • Professional presentation, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
