Role Summary

As an AI Engineer, you'll scope and deliver AI solutions directly with clients, working independently to design and implement end-to-end systems. Success means building reliable automations with Replit and n8n, writing clean code in JS/TS (and some Python), and delivering measurable results. You'll have flexibility in how projects are delivered, play a role in shaping the business, and gain exposure to a broad consulting environment that supports career development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, build and integrate AI technology into client workflows.
  • Develop automation or AI agent systems with
    Replit
    ,
    n8n
    ,
    JavaScript/TypeScript
    , and/or
    Python
    .
  • Work directly with clients to manage and deliver projects independently, with consistent support from team.
  • Stay current with LLMs and automation tools; share learnings across clients and broader team.

Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in a consulting firm, agency, or startup is preferred.
  • Client-facing delivery experience with the interest in solving problems for clients.
  • Engineering background with understanding of how to build CRUD applications, plus if you have integrated AI features.
  • Coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
  • Familiarity or interest in AI Agent development.
  • AI projects on GitHub or equivalent portfolio work are a plus.
  • Degree not required, but preferred.
