Are you ready to launch a long-term career in residential sales?

We're on the lookout for motivated, people-focused individuals to join a leading custom home builder as Sales Consultants at their display home locations in Morayfield and the Gold Coast.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to break into the residential building industry, or for anyone with prior sales experience (retail, automotive, phone sales etc.) looking for a career change.

What's on Offer -

  • $70K retainer + uncapped commission
  • Join a respected custom home builder with a strong brand
  • Structured training program – learn on the job
  • Full-time role – must be available to work weekends
  • Career progression opportunities for high performers

Your Day-to-Day Will Include -

  • Meeting clients at the display homes and guiding them through the sales process
  • Learning about custom home designs and tailoring options to client needs
  • Building rapport and maintaining strong communication with leads and buyers
  • Working closely with internal teams to support clients from sale to handover

We're Looking For -

  • Strong people skills and a passion for helping others
  • A genuine interest in property, design, or new home building
  • Prior experience in sales (retail, automotive, call centre, real estate etc.) is highly regarded but not essential
  • Self-motivated, confident, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Available to work weekends (with weekdays off)
