We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Female Disability Support Worker to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality support to individuals with disabilities, assisting with daily activities, and promoting independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting)
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
  • Support clients in mobility, exercise, and daily routines
  • Administer or assist with medications (if trained)
  • Transport clients safely for appointments or activities
  • Encourage social and recreational engagement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of care

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in personal care or disability support
  • Certificate or training in manual handling, medication management, or similar is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, compassionate, and patient
  • Female applicants only
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle preferred

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 24 per week

Work Location: In person
