Kalgoorlie Golf Course, consistently ranked among the top 25 courses in WA, is seeking a skilled Chef to join our kitchen team and work under the leadership of our Head Chef.

About the Role

You'll be at the heart of our kitchen operations – preparing fresh, high-quality meals, supporting function catering, and contributing ideas to seasonal menus. This is a hands-on role ideal for a motivated chef who enjoys teamwork, creativity, and a well-run kitchen.

What You'll Do

• Cook and present dishes that align with our standard of excellence

• Assist with menu development, event catering, and day-to-day service

• Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene

• Collaborate with our Head Chef and broader golf course team

• Contribute to maintaining an efficient, organised kitchen environment

We're Looking For

• Relevant qualifications and at least 3 years' kitchen experience

• A team player with excellent communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and pride in food presentation

• A positive attitude and readiness to contribute to a high-performing team

• Food Safety certification, Police Clearance, and WA Driver's Licence (or ability to obtain)
