About the role

As a Casual Breakfast Chef at the Mineral Springs Hotel in Hepburn Springs, VIC, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes for our guests. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to join our talented culinary team and contribute to the success of our renowned hotel and restaurant.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes to the highest standards
  • Ensure all menu items are prepared and presented in a consistent, timely and visually appealing manner
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Support the Head Chef in managing operations during breakfast service

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, presentation and plating
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills to deliver high-quality dishes during peak periods
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create delicious breakfast dishes
