As the Divisional Group Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team within the Future Students division, shaping innovative recruitment and admissions strategies for the Faculty of Business and Economics, Faculty of Education, and Melbourne Law School. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders, drive strategic initiatives, and make a global impact on student recruitment and admissions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Oversee and support the Recruitment, Admissions & Selection, and Scholarship Managers, fostering collaboration and ongoing development.
Drive Strategic Financial Partnerships: Align financial strategies with institutional goals, optimise resource allocation, and promote operational efficiency.
Provide Expert Financial Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Enhance Financial Reporting and Processes: Continuously improve financial reporting frameworks and processes for accurate and timely information to support informed decision-making.
