The Sustainability and Climate Change reporting team is growing and requires a number of outstanding, innovative and engaging professionals to join the team – that's where you come in . The Sustainability and Climate Change team is privileged to be working on one of the most pressing and topical business and societal issue of this century. Through our services, we help our clients understand, engage with and act on their sustainability-related risks and opportunities.
About Our Sustainability & Climate Change Team
Our highly diverse and multi-disciplinary team combines deep subject matter expertise, strategic thinking, and data and technology to meet the equally diverse and fast-evolving needs of our clients. Our practice's experience and expertise spans Sustainability (or "ESG") Strategy, Climate Risk, Reporting and Assurance across a range local and global standards and frameworks including ASRS, ISSB, CSRD, TNFD and GRI, supporting complex and diverse reporting client engagements.
What will your typical day look like?
We are looking for Analysts to join our practice, specifically supporting a range of clients across diverse sectors to uplift and enhance their climate, sustainability and ESG reporting. In your role you will be part of a team delivering innovative solutions to clients with the opportunity to work closely with our local, regional and global teams. Every day you will develop your skills working with some of the most passionate people in the sustainability space.
You will be part of a leading practice working with the best clients with the guarantee of no day being the same. Your role will include:
- Delivering sustainability and climate reporting and assurance engagements as part of a team, working closely with our clients across a diverse range of industries
- Supporting the development of innovative solutions leveraging data and technology and the best of Deloitte's global IP
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Ultimately designing your own career path and making an impact that matters for our clients

You will bring a good understanding of climate, ESG and sustainability reporting and/or assurance experience gained from your previous experience within a consulting or audit firm (preferred), or complex corporate environment coupled with a strong passion to make a difference for our clients. You will be a self-starter and team player who thrives on meaningful and challenging opportunities – we want you to build a great career with us.
You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
- Demonstrated relevant reporting or assurance/audit experience in climate, ESG and sustainability fields. Financial auditors with a passion for ESG will also be considered.
- Understanding of leading sustainability and climate reporting frameworks including ASRS, ISSB, CSRD, TNFD, GRI and NGER
- Degree in sustainability, environment, science, finance or accounting with a passion to apply your expertise to real world client problems
- Experience working teams and building relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Passion to create a difference with ability to see the bigger picture while ensuring the detail is taken care of
