About the role

Reporting to the CIO, the Business Analyst will work across business applications and systems, supporting change, integration, and business transformation initiatives. The role collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver process improvements and strategic outcomes.

Duties/Key responsibilities

  • Gather, validate, and document business requirements
  • Model business processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Analyse data, provide reports, and create functional specifications
  • Support project delivery, change initiatives, and risk mitigation

Skills and experience

  • 5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving ability
  • Experience in project support and change management
  • Degree in Business/IT desirable but not essential
