We're seeking an experienced
Senior IT Analyst / ICT Support Specialist
to help uplift the
air-gapped Local Area Network (LAN)
that underpins critical national testing and research operations. This role bridges laboratory operations and digital infrastructure, improving workflows, data management, and system performance in secure environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with laboratory teams to optimise IT systems, software, and data processes
  • Map data flows, manage software inventories, and support business change initiatives
  • Deliver technical insights and contribute to governance reporting
  • Support secure, efficient, and sustainable ICT practices within a regulated framework

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years' experience delivering
    IT enhancement or systems support projects
    in technical or scientific settings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working under broad direction
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and operational stakeholders
  • Active Baseline AGSVA Security Clearance
    (mandatory)

Desirable:
qualifications in
ICT, science, or engineering
, plus exposure to
cybersecurity, data analysis, or lab accreditation standards (NATA/TGA).
