Guest Service Officer – Mildura Houseboats

Casual Position with Opportunity for Part-Time or Full-Time

Mildura Houseboats is one of the largest houseboating businesses in the region, offering unforgettable river experiences to locals and tourists alike. We're currently looking for a Guest Service Officer to join our team.

About the Role:

This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, loves meeting new people, and takes pride in their work. Your main duties will include:

  • Conducting pre-hire checks on houseboats
  • Guiding and training guests on how to safely operate the houseboats (full training provided)
  • Refueling and basic external cleaning of houseboats
  • General maintenance and support tasks as required

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Confidence operating boats on the river (or willingness to learn)
  • Ability to work independently and follow checklists
  • Comfortable with physical, outdoor work
  • Trade or handyman experience is highly regarded
  • Availability on weekends and peak periods

This is a casual role with the potential to move into part-time or full-time for the right person.
