- Manage and nurture a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the main point of contact to ensure consistent communication, service excellence, and client satisfaction.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions that add long-term value.
- Build strong, strategic relationships through regular meetings, strategic reviews, and proactive engagement to strengthen loyalty and trust.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, technical, and customer service) to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
- Monitor account profitability and pricing, including managing margins, providing quotes, and responding to tenders in line with client and commercial expectations.
- Support stock management for key clients, including aged inventory tracking, ensuring optimal stock levels, and coordinating timely stock movement.
- Resolve client concerns and quality issues, coordinating across departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of NCRs (non-compliance reports).
- Assist in onboarding new key accounts, working closely with Business Development Managers to ensure a smooth transition and setup.
- Capture and communicate client feedback, helping drive service improvements and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in key account management, preferably within packaging, manufacturing, print, or FMCG sectors
