• 2 Fully remote roles supporting a national employment services org

• Help improve LMS workflows and training delivery

• Flexible hours – 7.5 per day, 6–8 week Temp Assignment

We're supporting a national employment services organisation with a short-term project focused on improving their Learning Management System (DOCEBO). These fully remote roles are ideal for candidates with employment services experience who are confident working with online learning platforms and supporting L&D initiatives.

– L&D Specialist: $78/hour + Super

– L&D Administrator: $40/hour + Super

About the roles:

Learning & Development Specialist

• Oversee inclusive rollout of LMS improvements

• Manage users, workflows, and platform enrolments

• Collaborate with content writers and internal teams

• Ensure correct triggers and learning pathways

• Report into Project Manager

Learning & Development Administrator

• Support day-to-day LMS operations

• Upload content and process enrolments as directed

• Troubleshoot basic issues and assist with reporting

• Work closely with the L&D Specialist and project team

About you:

• MUST have previous experience working within Employment Services

• Confident working with LMS platforms – ideally DOCEBO

• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and detail-oriented

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Available for full-time temp work over the next 6–8 weeks
