About the Role
We are seeking a Trainee Finishing Operator to join our production team. This is a hands-on, entry-level position where you will receive full training in all finishing processes. You'll be guided step by step by experienced operators and supervisors, learning how to prepare, finish, and quality check printed materials to the highest standards.
What You'll Learn & Do
- How to operate finishing equipment (laminators, trimmers, cutters, binding machines, etc.)
- Preparing and assembling printed products for packaging and dispatch
- Performing quality control checks to meet VIVID's high standards
- Following production workflows and meeting deadlines
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Assisting with general factory and warehouse duties

- No prior experience required — just bring your attitude and willingness to learn
- Keen eye for detail and pride in your work
