Their QLD property management team are responsible for the onsite management of over 15 sites Brisbane wide and are continuing to grow. 

They have an opportunity for a motivated AssistantProperty Managerto join their team on a full time basis based across two of their inner city locations - West End and Newstead. 

The Role

This role is an Assistant Property Manager role supporting in the running of an onsite portfolio across two inner city locations. 

The role will be predominately focused on supporting a Senior Property Manager with out of office or field work tasks such as routine inspections and leasing inspections. You will also provide administrative support with tasks such as lease preparation and maintenance coordination. 

You will work collaboratively with a Senior Property Manager to ensure that you are mentored and have the support you need to continue to develop your skills and progress in your career. 

This role would ideally suit a junior property professional looking to align themselves with a brand that will help develop them into a Senior Property Manager or a candidate looking for their first step into the property industry. 

Candidates of all levels of experience will be considered for this role but you must hold your Certificate of Registration. 

This role will include -

  • Communication with various stakeholders including investment owners, tenants and suppliers
  • Conducting of Entry and Exit Condition Reports
  • Conducting of Routine Inspections and follow up reporting
  • Leasing duties including showing properties via open homes and private inspections
  • Maintenance coordination
  • Supporting a Senior Property Manager in administrative duties of their portfolio
  • Negotiation and execution of lease renewals

About You

In order to be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated, client focused individual who is willing to work hard and be part of a supportive and collaborative team. You will also require -

  • Current QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Experience in a property management role preferred but not essential
  • Valid drivers licence
  • Strong client service skills and a customer focused mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
