About the Role:

We are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal who is passionate about delivering high levels of service and has a detailed knowledge of the conveyancing processes from start to finish.

You will be able to demonstrate impeccable time management skills, great attention to detail, and proven foresight for identifying potential issues and resolving them prior to settlement.

You will be supported in the role, working closely with our existing conveyancers, senior property lawyer and legal practice director.

RE Legal is focussed on finding the right person to fit in with their TEAM, therefore, they are open to some working full OR part time……they also provide options around flexible working arrangements.

Your Skills & Attributes:

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years' experience in A – Z Residential Conveyancing transactions in Queensland
  • Managing conveyancing transactions from start to finish with minimal supervision
  • Preparing contracts, transfer documents, and settlement figures
  • Handling PEXA settlements and electronic conveyancing processes
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, real estate agents, and financial institutions
  • Ensuring compliance with the Conveyancing Protocol and relevant regulations
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, client-focused approach
  • Enthusiastic & positive with an excellent team and big picture focus

  • Actionstep experience preferred but not essential
