Are you an experienced Real Estate Administrator ready to step into a pivotal role supporting a high-performing real estate sales team? We are seeking a proactive, detail-focused Sales & Marketing Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves creating structure, and takes pride in delivering exceptional internal and external customer service.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Principal, you will be responsible for the seamless delivery of all administration and marketing functions for the Real Estate sales division. Your work will directly contribute to increased brand awareness, high-quality listing preparation, and the overall success of the team.


Key Responsibilities
Sales & Administration Support
  • Prepare all pre-listing packs and listing documentation
  • Process new listings and update changes as required
  • Order title searches, disclosure statements, and signboards
  • Maintain accurate electronic filing systems
  • Prepare Property Occupations forms (Form 6)
  • Create Just Listed & Just Sold letters
  • Ensure all documentation and processes comply with legislation
Marketing & Campaign Coordination
  • Book and coordinate all advertising and marketing for listings
  • Prepare brochures, IMs, auction boards and all campaign materials
  • Create and distribute residential e-newsletters
  • Maintain and update the company website
  • Support consistent brand presentation across all channels

What You'll Bring
  • Prior experience in Real Estate administration is a must-have
  • A degree in marketing or accounting is highly valued, however not a necessity
  • Current Real Estate Registration or License
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work to systems, routines and deadlines
  • A proactive, positive attitude and strong sense of ownership
