it. We're hiring a
Property Styling Team Manager
to run day-to-day delivery across premium Melbourne listings.

The opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll lead people, plans and projects—coaching stylists, owning schedules, managing quotes and agent relationships, and making sure every install is market-ready, on time and on brand.

What you'll lead

  • Team leadership:
    Coach, roster and develop a high-performing styling team; set standards and rhythms for quality and pace.
  • Scheduling & workflow:
    Own daily and weekly run-sheets, allocate jobs/resources, keep installs moving smoothly.
  • Quoting & client comms:
    Scope and price with confidence; manage agent and vendor expectations; handle changes calmly.
  • On-site excellence:
    Oversee install days, solve problems on the fly, ensure every room photographs and presents to sell.
  • Cross-functional delivery:
    Work hand-in-glove with warehouse, logistics and operations so inventory and trucks align with plans.
  • Quality & brand:
    Uphold our 6-Star Promise in service, presentation and follow-through.

About you

  • Senior
    property styling
    background (residential for-sale), with experience
    leading
    stylists or site teams.
  • Proven
    scheduling
    capability across multiple concurrent jobs and suburbs.
  • Confident
    quoting
    and strong
    agent relationships
    ; commercially minded with clear communication.
  • Calm, organised and hands-on; you're comfortable jumping in on site when needed.
  • Driver's licence; able to work standard hours with occasional earlier starts/finishes around installs.

If your experience is mainly interior design or decoration (renovations, private clients, long-form design projects), this role isn't the right fit.
