Established to meet a rising demand for more experienced project management, SPD is proud to have strong relationships with many repeat clientele who return for our solid understanding of risk, strong technical knowledge and experienced leadership. SPD specialise in the delivery of complex large infrastructure projects offering end-to-end solutions for our customers, currently delivering projects in QLD, NSW, VIC & NZ.

We are currently seeking an experienced P6 Project Scheduler to join our team. If you have strong Primavera P6 experience and a background in planning within the Construction Industry, we want to hear from you

About the Role

In this role, you will play a key part in planning and scheduling for numerous projects in the renewable energy construction industry. You will be a critical part of project teams to manage project timelines, identify risks, and ensure milestones are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage project timelines from design to execution and closeout

  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders on renewable energy works planning

  • Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.

  • Provide schedule insights and forecasts to support project delivery

  • Monitor construction progress and recommend corrective actions as needed

  • Ensure compliance with procedures, safety, and engineering standards

  • Support reporting and documentation for project status and performance

Skills and Experience:

  • Highly proficient in Primavera P6

  • Experienced in Time Impact Analysis

  • Experience in forensic schedule investigation

  • Experience in large scale construction projects

  • Strong understanding of construction and maintenance planning principles

  • Experience integrating Subcontractor Programmes to Master programme

  • Highly skilled in Excel

  • Experience in cost control a massive bonus
