Project Workstream Lead – Design, Configuration & Build (ECM Project) A large Queensland Government department is seeking a Project Workstream Lead to oversee the design, configuration, and build phases of a new Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution. This is a key role in delivering a contemporary platform that will replace legacy systems and uplift information management capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and coordination of ECM design, configuration, build, and pilot activities.
  • Manage work planning, scheduling, resourcing, and reporting to ensure successful delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the ECM solution vendor throughout design and build phases.
  • Collaborate with other project Workstream Leads and business representatives to ensure the solution is fit-for-purpose and aligned to organisational needs.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to ensure delivery milestones are achieved on time and to quality standards.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience leading ICT solution design and implementation projects within large organisations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise content management systems and digital transformation programs.
  • Skilled in project planning, scheduling, metrics, and resource coordination.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
