Workstream Lead – Business Integration (ECM Project) A large Queensland Government department is seeking a Workstream Lead, Business Integration to support the delivery of a new Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution. This role will play a key part in helping stakeholders transition to modern business processes and technologies, ensuring the successful integration of the ECM solution into day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate business integration activities, including planning, scheduling, metrics, and resource management.
  • Act as the primary liaison with business and external stakeholders, ensuring the ECM solution aligns with organisational needs.
  • Translate product roadmaps and requirements into practical outcomes for the business.
  • Collaborate with project team Workstream Leads, the Product Owner, and business representatives to ensure the solution is fit-for-purpose.
  • Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience leading business integration or change initiatives within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise content management systems and information management processes.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional project activities and resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver within set timeframes.
