Growth iQ is seeking an
experienced and motivated Intermediate to Senior Accountant
to join one of our growing Business Services teams. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your technical expertise, build strong client relationships, and contribute to a dynamic and supportive firm culture.

You will work closely with the Director to deliver high-quality compliance and advisory outcomes for a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and lodge financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, individuals and SMSFs
  • Tax Planning
  • Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, FBT returns, and payroll compliance obligations
  • Work directly with clients to resolve queries and provide proactive advice
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality compliance work
  • Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
  • 3+ years' experience in a public practice accounting firm
  • Strong technical knowledge of Australian taxation and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in Xero and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Dext, Hubdoc, NowInfinity)
  • Confident communicator with strong client service skills
