We're on the hunt for an Intermediate or Senior Accountant who's not only technically sharp, but also proactive, curious and hungry to make an impact. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time (3, 4 or 5 days – your choice), we'll build the role around the right person.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work on clients under the guidance of an experienced Manager and collaborate closely with the team across:

  • Preparation & review of Financial Statements and Tax Returns (all entity types)
  • Advisory and reporting — helping clients make better decisions, not just tick boxes
  • Liaising with ATO/ASIC and handling compliance requirements
  • Working on ad-hoc projects — no two weeks are the same

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to know everything — but you should bring:

  • 3+ years in Business Services / Public Practice
  • Bachelor of Commerce or Accounting
  • Good grasp of Australian tax and accounting principles
  • Solid Xero experience (or the passion to become a power user quickly)
  • Strong attention to detail, but also the ability to get things done
  • A mindset of "how can we do this better?
