Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant in the Greater Sydney Area. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and business activity statements. They will provide business structure advice, implement strategies, and offer business management consultancy services, including cash flow management. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will support litigation and insurance claims while ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of tax preparation, planning, and consultation
  • Experience in business structure advice and implementation
  • Proficiency in business management consultancy, including cash flow management
  • Excellent skills in financial statement preparation and review
  • Ability to support litigation and insurance claims
  • Proficiency with accounting software and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA or CA qualification preferred
  • Experience in a similar role or firm is a plus
