- ESG & Climate Active Support – Collect and prepare data on energy use, emissions, and offsets for Climate Active certification and ESG disclosures.
- Research & Information Support – Conduct research on compliance, energy, and sustainability topics, and ensure reporting inputs are reliable.
- Process & Knowledge Development – Help draft procedures, update compliance portals, and maintain knowledge-sharing repositories.
- Training & Development – Engage in structured learning on compliance, ESG, and energy regulation, building your skills to step up into a Risk & Compliance Officer role.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in administration or coordination in a corporate or regulated environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and data.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn about compliance, energy, and ESG.
- (Desirable) Experience with document management systems, registers, or portal/web content management.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Law, Commerce, Sustainability, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Why Join Active Utilities?
- Be part of a dynamic, growing company in the utilities and sustainability sector.
- Learn from experts and build real skills in compliance, ESG, and risk.
- Structured training and a clear career pathway to a Risk & Compliance Officer role.
- Flexible work environment.
- Competitive rewards, wellness programs, and lifestyle perks.
