We're now looking for a compassionate and organised Compliance and Governance Manager to join our team. If you're client-focused, confident with rostering, and thrive on building connections, this could be the role where you truly make an impact.

Compliance and Governance Role

As a Compliance and Governance Manager, responsible for overseeing all aspects of compliance and training within the organisation, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards including Aged Care and NDIS standards.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor regulatory developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assess the organisation's operations to identify potential compliance risks.
  • Design and develop training programs on compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Communicate compliance policies and expectations clearly and effectively.
  • Enforce compliance standards consistently and fairly, taking appropriate disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Identify and assess potential compliance risks, both internal and external.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate compliance risks and enhance control measures.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the compliance and training functions.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in compliance management.
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Knowledge of the NDIS and/or Aged Care sector (including self-managed NDIS & HCP).
  • Police Check, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain).
  • Minimum of two doses of COVID-19 vaccination.
