The Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Medical Receptionist to be the friendly face and steady hand at the heart of our clinic. This full-time role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, takes pride in their work, and enjoys leading by example.

Every day is different — you'll greet patients with warmth, support clinical staff, and help keep our busy practice running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients and ensuring their visit feels calm and cared for
  • Managing phone calls, appointment bookings, and email enquiries
  • Coordinating daily schedules with doctors, sonographers & radiographers
  • Handling Medicare billing, private payments, and banking
  • Supporting, mentoring, and setting the tone for junior reception staff
  • Maintaining confidentiality and clinic standards with care and attention

About You

Minimum 3+ years' experience in medical reception (radiology or specialist preferred)

Confident with medical software & PACS systems (e.g. Karisma, Genie, or similar)

Excellent communicator — warm, clear, and professional

Enjoys multitasking and thrives in a supportive team

Brings a caring nature and genuine love for patient service
