Role Description
This is a on-site role located in Cranbourne, VIC, for a Bookkeeper and NDIS Plan Manager. Responsibilities include managing financial records, preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate journal entries, and utilizing accounting software to track transactions. The role will also involve managing budgets and financial planning for NDIS participants, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing clear reports and updates to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Bookkeeping and preparation of Financial Statements
- Experience in working with Accounting Software and managing Journal Entries
- Knowledge and skills in Finance, particularly in budget management
- Keen attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Prior experience in NDIS or similar disability support sectors is advantageous
- Relevant qualifications in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Finance
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information effectively
