Our expertise encompasses a range of supported accommodation services, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Respite, Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA), and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). We also offer a variety of other support services (in-home supports and an up-and-coming day program) - focusing on enhancing their well-being and fostering independence.

Role Description
This is a
part-time hybrid salesperson role
, offering a base salary plus a commission-based salary. We refer to this role as an
intake coordinator.
We are looking for someone eager to meet potential clients in person and conduct home tours with them. Our disability homes are mostly located in Eastern Melbourne suburbs; however, some are in Western Melbourne suburbs.
As our salesperson (also known as an intake coordinator), you will be responsible for:
- engaging with potential clients, understanding their support needs and NDIS goals, presenting our NDIS services, and
- converting leads into valued disability clients.
- Daily tasks include client consultations/calls, conducting disability home tours, following up on leads, generating leads, managing and updating HubSpot CRM, leading the creation of a sales process and procedure, and importantly, maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure satisfaction.

We are seeking a passionate salesperson who thrives as a
sales "hunter"
- someone to venture out to seek new business and build relationships with potential clients and their network. This role requires a proven sales professional who can generate new leads, build strong pipelines, and convert opportunities into lasting partnerships.
We also need someone with expertise in
lead conversion,
turning a potential client (a "lead") into an actual client. Nurturing interest from cold and warm leads, building trust, and guiding the lead through a sales funnel you've developed until they take the desired action, becoming a valued client.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities (Hunter mindset).
- Generate new business leads through cold calling and lead generation activities.
- Cultivate and grow existing client relationships to increase engagement and service uptake (Farmer mindset).
- Achieve and maintain a set conversion rate or greater (TBD) across all qualified leads.
- Represent Genesis Health Services with passion and belief in our mission, acting as a true ambassador.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
- Optional: bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing or business management or related fields is advantageous.
- Mandatory: Minimum of 2 years experience in lead conversions and sales ("hunting" role),
- Strong communications and outstanding soft skills
- Excellent at negotiation and presentation skills.
- Persistent and driven to engage new clients and grow the business
- Ability to work autonomously and meet set targets.
