- Based in Newcastle Office

- Intermediate to advanced computer skills Microsoft suite
- Represent Alliance in a professional way with our stakeholders

Must have Skills based Attributes:

- Drivers licence and if not a reliable way to get to and from work each day
- Extensive experience booking Pegasus, Damstra and Glencore inductions in the Hunter Valley and/or QLD and WA
- Experience booking training courses with external training providers
- Experience booking Coal Board Medicals
- Experience drafting Letters of Competency an advantage

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- NEWCASTLE, NSW 2300: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
