You will need:

  • Minimum Cert III industry-related qualifications
  • Strong Western cooking experience
  • Extensive demonstrated food handling and preparation experience
  • To be self-motivated and a strong team player
  • A passion for and commitment to great food presentation
  • The ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
  • To work quickly and efficiently under pressure
  • First-rate inter-personal and communication skills
  • Weekend work is required
