The Role

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Property Manager to join our team, and take ownership of a well maintained, local portfolio. If you're ready for a role where your expertise is valued and your work-life balance respected, this could be the perfect fit.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
  • Manage leasing campaigns, open homes, applications, and lease signings
  • Conduct inspections (entry, routine, exit), provide detailed reports and action
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with trusted contractors
  • Monitor rent arrears and negotiate lease renewals
  • Maintain compliance and deliver excellent communication at every step
  • Assist with financial management (note: no trust accounting required)

What You'll Bring

  • A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • A valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • A proactive, friendly, and professional approach
  • Strong admin and organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Punctuality, reliability and time management skills a must
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to the team
  • Commitment, loyalty, and pride in your work
  • A genuine passion for helping people and being part of a local community
  • Previous experience in Property Management or a related role preferred
