What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting clients throughout the entire home loan process, from pre-approval to settlement and post settlement maintenance
  • Conducting in-depth needs analyses and providing tailored loan solutions
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their unique financial needs and goals
  • Liaising with lenders, real estate agents, accountants, and conveyancers
  • Working with both PAYG and self-employed clients, with the ability to interpret complex financials
  • Educating first home buyers on available grants, schemes, and their borrowing capacity
  • Managing your pipeline effectively to ensure timely, compliant outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation in line with industry standards

What You'll Need:

  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or in a lending role
  • Strong ability to analyse and interpret self-employed income
  • Sound knowledge of first home buyer benefits, grants, and schemes
  • A passion for excellent customer service and long-term relationship building
  • A hard-working and self-motivated mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and engaging manner
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
