Community Programs Lead Pharmacist

Position Description
About You
- Current registration as a practising pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), supported by a high level of broad generalist and/or specialist knowledge.
- An unencumbered driver's licence and the flexibility to travel across CCLHD and to external sites as required.
- Strong clinical expertise, underpinned by critical thinking and sound decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments.
- A commitment to continuous quality improvement and innovative practice.
- The capability to design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable systems and processes.
