At Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD), we are looking for motivated Rotational Pharmacists Grade 1-2 to join our dedicated team, delivering safe, effective, and timely medication services across a variety of exciting pharmacy areas.

  • Diverse Experience: Rotate through clinical and operational pharmacy settings including inpatient wards, dispensaries, cancer care, Hospital-in-the-Home, clinical trials, and more. Every day brings new challenges and learning opportunities
  • Patient-Centered Care: Play a vital role in reviewing, validating, and dispensing medicines that optimise patient outcomes and support smooth patient flow across the hospital.

About You

  • You are a registered pharmacist with AHPRA (or eligible within 3 months), holding a valid driver's license, with at least three years of hospital pharmacy experience and demonstrated competency in key pharmacy skills.
  • You have strong clinical drug knowledge and apply it effectively to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and medication management.
  • Your excellent communication skills enable you to adapt your approach for diverse audiences, fostering clear and collaborative interactions.
  • You are proactive, able to manage complex workloads, solve problems creatively, and implement innovative practices in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are committed to ongoing professional development, evidence-based practice, and continuous improvement, thriving both independently and as a flexible, supportive team player dedicated to patient safety and pharmacy excellence.
