We're now inviting passionate, detail-oriented individuals to join us as an Events Planning Intern — an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the events space, working alongside one of the most recognised names in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in the end-to-end planning and coordination of live events, activations, and brand experiences

  • Support with venue research, supplier communication, and production logistics

  • Help manage guest lists, seating plans, RSVPs, and event timelines

  • Provide on-ground assistance during bump in/out and event days

  • Collaborate with the creative, partnerships, and social teams to bring ideas to life

  • Assist with general admin, follow-ups, and post-event recaps

What We're Looking For

  • Interest in event planning, weddings, fashion, or lifestyle industries

  • Highly organised with a strong eye for detail

  • Positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure

  • Great communication and problem-solving skills

  • Bonus: Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, Trello/Asana

  • Available to assist in person during Sydney-based events (preferred but not required)
