From producing large-scale activations and influencer campaigns to collaborating with international tourism boards and premium destinations, we connect culture with celebration. We're now looking for a Tourism Events & Marketing Intern to support our team in delivering impactful campaigns and destination-led experiences.

About the Role

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in the execution of tourism-focused events and experiential activations

  • Help with destination research, itinerary planning, and campaign logistics

  • Coordinate communication with travel partners, vendors, and collaborators

  • Support marketing tasks including social media scheduling, email drafts, and campaign content

  • Prepare briefs, run sheets, guest lists, and post-event wrap-up reports

  • Help develop presentations, mood boards, and marketing decks

  • Provide general admin and team support across tourism and brand campaigns

What We're Looking For

  • A passion for travel, events, culture, and lifestyle marketing

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to multitask and work within fast-moving projects

  • Familiarity with Canva, Google Slides, or basic editing tools is a plus

  • Availability to support Sydney-based events is preferred but not essential
